At the heart of the ranch is our air-conditioned Lakehouse, complete with a sound system and scenic views, making it the perfect setting for everything from riding lessons and summer camps to birthday parties, private events, and family gatherings.

We are a family owned ranch and farm dedicated to connect children, families and groups to nature and animals by offering a wide-range of fun educational activities.

About the Farm
Once upon a time, Davie Ranch was just wide-open land, sunshine, and the dream of building a place where families could connect with nature. Over time, that dream grew into a home for majestic horses, gentle donkeys, playful goats, curious chickens, slow-and-steady tortoises, and the sweetest little bunnies and guinea pigs.
Every animal here has a personality and a story of its own. Some arrived as rescues, others were born right on the ranch. Our miniature horse, Stud Muffin, quickly became a favorite—always ready to charm guests with his big spirit in a small package.
The ranch isn’t just about animals; it’s about community. Children who first come to the ranch to meet the animals often grow up coming back for camps, birthday parties, or riding lessons. Families gather here to celebrate milestones, learn something new, or simply slow down and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the farm.

I had my daughter's birthday party here this past weekend and it was awesome! The staff exceeded my expectations from the moment I got there by helping to unload the cars and get everything set up to the moment we left by helping to pack up.
